Group interview, workshop on if we were stranded on an island. Had to rank items on how vital they were for survival. Then a one on one interview. Following that, there was a roleplay of the actual day to day work on a laptop with a 'customer'

Phone call and then in-person meeting with other candidates. The training was given the same day and then had 2 full weeks of training and practice calls before going out on the floor.
