After a short phone screen with a recruiter I was asked to come in for a 4 hour in person interview. Upon arrival, the hiring manager told me that I would start with my "simulation" which was not mentioned prior.
I was left in a room with a handful of dry-erase markers and a printout of a prompt describing a new client and asking me to create a presentation to stakeholders explaining how we will manage their on-boarding. I should mention this when I realized this job involved no actual product management despite the title and everything that was discussed in the screening call - it is a poorly named implementation specialist position.
I was left in the room where I could hear other interviews happen on both sides of me for 1 hour to create my presentation on whiteboards.
Next I had 1 hour to present to the hiring manager and a potential client where they role played as the client asking questions about the Arc product.
After the presentation I had an interview with the hiring manager followed by my "behavioral" interview (think "tell me about a time when..") with the hiring manager and the recruiter.
I was then supposed to have an interview with the department head but instead was left in the interview room for ~20 min before being told he was too busy.
