The Workers' Educational Association (UK) interview questions

It was a good process, straighforward and easy to follow. The hiring manager and HR rep were both very friendly and helpful, they made the interview easy to get through

It was fairly straightforward - applied online and received an interview request a few days later. I was supposed to have a panel interview with two employees but it was just one. The interview was fairly standard, lots of questions about my experience and why I wanted to work at the WEA. Got a response back a few days later, as promised. HR was efficient and gave me feedback as requested.
