Weirdest interview ever. When I entered the company, everything was dirty, dark and empty. The guy that interviewed me, apparently was the owner. He called me to sit beside him on his desk full of dirt and cigarettes buds. He started showing me shots he wanted me to work on, without having asked any questions yet. He looked very hyperactive and moving a bit intense as if he was high on something.
After showing me the shots, he started reading my CV at loud without asking questions. As the "interview" passed by, I started asking questions about everything and mostly asking, why were all the 20 computers in the office empty, where were all the workers? He immediately replied that they were in the new office nextdoor so I should not be scared. He continued saying that they were very successful and that they had tons of work available but that at the current moment they were waiting for approvals.
Later, I passed to the second part of my interview with a lady that was working there. Here is where everything got weirder. The lady told me to follow her to the office next door where the rest of the people were. When she opened the door nextdoor, we entered and locks the door back with the key. I turned around to see the place, there was NO ONE, everything was full of dust and in construction with bags of cement everywhere. At the very end of the office there were 2 chairs FULL of dust, which I had to sit down, and on the middle there was a table full of cigarettes buds. She started smoking and continued asking me questions on how she was expecting me to work. Honestly, at this point, I just tagged along. I was scarred of being locked up in a construction office with a lady I do not know. When we finally end up the "interview", she was very happy with me and sent me an offer the next day. Of course I declined.
My friend weeks later had the same process as me and worked only for a day, she said the lady and the guy there were yelling all the time.
