The Wow Company interview questions

Thank you for your review. With Wow being a remote-first company we place a strong emphasis on culture to ensure our staff still feel connected and part of the team. With that in mind, our first interview stage is always focused on the personality and culture fit. This is held by two non-technical members of staff who have a strong understanding of what makes a Wowee as well as the technical proficiencies needed to excel here. Once this first interview is completed we then progress to the technical stages, where we would delve into your experience in more detail. We sincerely apologise if there was a misunderstanding in the interview. We appreciate that it is sometimes frustrating when interviewing if you cannot get your technical expertise across and don't feel understood.
