Interview
You're emailed to schedule the Phone Interview, then about a week later the Inperson Interview with the Managers (domestic and International) depending on which position you applied. In my case they needed for both depts. Its very conversational yet standard "How would you handle" or "How did you handle" situational type questions. If you know the industry then its easy. Then about 3-4 days later they call you for the 3rd interview with the branch director.

Very comprehensive interview process. I liked the approach of the Vice President who conveyed an authentic, earnest desire to allow me as a candidate to ask very detailed questions as he wanted to make sure that I understood the responsibilities very clearly to enable me to make an informed decision. I learned a lot!

Terrible in a nutshell... total disconnection between HR and hiring area; Hiring managers kept switching between job postings; It was obvious they dont have specific training/skills in how to proactively interview a candidate. I had to send follow-up emails just to know if the process still alive. Extremely long, disorganized and dissapointing

from the "tell me about yourself" to "what is you do in your current role?".. they spend more time trying to explain to you their very cumbersome internal SCM organization and figure out if you are a good fit
