You go to the bosses house, which happens to be the company's office. She pays some attention to you because instead of allocating time to give you her full attention she wants to also pay attention to he adult son with disabilities (which I don't have an issue with but this is business time and she has in house staff) My interview lasted 2 1/2 hours because she kept leaving me often. Throughout the interview she is extremely intense, overwhelming and told me things about the clients and the company I'd later find out to be untrue or played up. After 15 minutes of interviewing she offered me the job. At once she gave me a list of names and areas I'd want to go to and suggested I start of with 6 clients, all before I signed anything mind you. I accepted but I was in fact overwhelmed.
