It was a Skype interview in which i was asked me two questions. He explained that they have a 15 day evaluation period after which they will hire if performance was good. Within three days of evaluation I was told I am not a good fit without giving any reasons.

Interview
It's a simple process which should've taken less than an hour. But they took 2 hours. Basic Introduction and then technical questions. First HR asked about the family background and other relevant questions about testing skills.
