Easy going and positive! I'm sure the process varies per applicant but it was like a casual conversation once the direct interview questions were asked. They are quick to move along to each interview stage (there are about 2-3 rounds total) and the interviews offer both a chance to talk about yourself while also quick to the point, if need be. Really loved my experience and hope to get an offer soon!
