The interview process went well until the final round. However, the CEO and COO of this company were very unprofessional, as were other members of the staff. During the interview, if I mispronounced any word, they silently laughed, which was quite disrespectful. The interviewers showed no sense of ethics or professionalism. The CEO and COO questioned why I had so many basic projects on my resume. I have completed 5–6 projects that serve as foundational work for any development role. They seemed unaware that freshers typically do not have industry experience. Their expectations were unrealistic, and their overall conduct was highly unprofessional.
