ThirdWay Interiors interview questions

Great people intreview went great was just not right for the role. Met with 3 people explained everthing about the office and how they operate. Mostly office based with limitations on working from home.

It was a neutral interview experience. The hiring manager mainly asked questions based on my previous experience and went through my CV, asking for clarification on some of the bullet points I had listed. However, I found the hiring manager a bit unprofessional. In the middle of the interview, he suddenly had to change rooms, he turned off his camera without any notice and, once settled in another room, turned it back on and continued the conversation without any acknowledgment or apology. I understand they may be busy working in an office environment, but it wouldn’t have been considered acceptable if I had done the same as a candidate. Additionally, I never received any feedback or communication after the interview, not even a rejection notice.
