2 psychometric assessments for behaviour and aptitude followed by interview with GM and then with the Director. The Psychometrics are fairly simple. The focus of personal interview is primarily to see your confidence and validate if you really possess the competencies as mentioned in the interview.

Preliminary telephonic conversation to establish essential parameters followed by two online assessments. This was followed by a meeting with the Regional Head and a final interview with the Director. The interviews were warm, friendly, professional and incisive.
