I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters
Interview
I was called in for an interview with the manager for the downtown store. She asked standard questions about employment history and coffee making history. After that I was called in for a second interview with Chris at the headquarters. Chris was very energetic and outgoing. He asked a lot about what I knew about Thomas Hammer and why I wanted to work there specifically. He also asked general questions about my coffee history and why I wanted to work in the industry. They want to know that you'll be outgoing, friendly, and basically not completely fail from a customer service standpoint. I was called a few days later and informed that I had the job and told when to start training.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters (Post Falls, ID) in Aug 2013
Interview
I applied online after finding their ad for employment on Craigslist. I then took my resume in to the store I was applying for, and the manager happened to be available and we talked right away, which I was not expecting. That interview went well, and I was then sent to the second interview at HQ, which was much more in depth.
