There were three steps to the interview process. The first consisted of a screening with the recruiter. He was a nice guy who gave some good advice for how to go through the rest of the process. The second step was two half-hour sessions. This was a lot behavioral-type questions. What did you do when you encountered a difficult customer? Name a time when you made a fast decision, did not follow directions, etc. The third step is a phone sale. They give you information on a couple products and the goal is to get them to buy.
