It was a panel interview with three supervisors. The interview took about half an hour. I was asked about my employment history and the conversation was very engaging. At the end of the interview, one of the managers asked me about how do I feel working with younger people. I simply answered the question directly, but in my mind I felt the question was inappropriate. As I was about to step in to the elevator, one of the other managers followed me and hinted to expect a call and that as far as this manager was concerned, I'm in. Overall, the interview went well except for that particular question. Quite discriminatory IMO.
