Abordagem inicial pelo LinkedIn. Entrevista inicial com RH, muitas trocas de mensagens e demora em definir feedback e próximos passos. Não tinham muita clareza do que queriam para a posição. Depois entrevista com diretoria.
Three interviews to get to the final round with prep work required for all. The interviews target all sides of the position. Difficult business.
Informational interviews also standard practice and highly suggested.

Questions are based on hypothetical - tell me a time when a project didn't go as planned. etc. First step is HR screening. Then hiring manager. Process can take 2-3 weeks in total.
