It took 5 weeks. The first step was an editing assessment. I was told that it was timed and had to be sent and received on a specific day and time. But the person sent it the wrong day and then took a long time to respond when I asked for confirmation that the test was received and for information on the next steps in the interview process. When I sent a second follow-up email requesting an update on the interview process, it took another 2 weeks to get a response.

Step 1: Take an editing assessment. It is 3 hours long.
After several phone and video interviews, followed by a demanding 90-minute assessment—which I was informed I passed successfully—I was disappointed to receive no further communication from Thomson Reuters. Despite the time and effort invested in the process, the company ceased contact without providing any closure or feedback. A more transparent and respectful approach would have been appreciated.

Muito boa e leve a dinâmica com muito respeito dos gestores que participaram e com uma duração tranquila para cada etapa do processo, principalmente, para o desenvolvimento do case pelo grupo.
