I submitted resume to recruiter, then had phone interview with recruiter, followed by phone interview with employer. Phone interview was with 2 people in New York office, and lasted approximately 30 minutes. I was given names of interviewers in advance.

The interview process was smooth, professional and well coordinated. It started with an initial screening from the Talent Acquisition Team, where they asked about my background, experience and motivation for applying. The next step was an interview with the hiring manager, which focused more on my working experience, skills and how they relate to the role. Questions were straightforward such as how I handled deadlines, deal with challenges, and manage communication in a hybrid setup. The atmosphere was friendly and conversational rather than intimidating. After the interview, I received a prompt from HR, followed by instructions for pre-boarding discussions and background check.
