the 1st round consisted of written test completely to check the candidates attitude and behavior towards the company. the 2nd round consisted of aptitude which was very basic and easy questions and there also they asked questions regarding your behavior in company. the third round they will give you some task(topic) to build a complete working web application using any of the web development frameworks you know. In first round you will be given a form to fill where they mention 1 month unpaid 2 years agreement and to submit original documents(like original marksheet) (this was the reason i declined the offer) be carefull while you agree if you don't agree just write "No" there. they said the package is like 1st month unpaid 2nd and 3rd month they will give 15k and then later based on your performance they will increment like 20k 25k or even 30k.(i didn't trust this so i declined the offer) do what you feel like.
