There were multiple rounds of interview throughout the day. I attended 3 rounds. There were further 2 more rounds. The process, HR and the interview panel were really nice and friendly, that tells the culture of the company. Mainly the process was told by the HR himself, over the invitation call.
Basically below is the interview process description, that I received in the mail:
"Coding (Ability to write simple code, Logic & problem solving skills), Manual Testing (Test cases, Test Strategy, Estimations, Test execution), Automation Testing (Tools & Techniques), Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing and Leadership skills."
Between the rounds of the interview I was given a booklet of the array puzzles defined in the form of flowchart and algorithms. I thought that to be part of the interview but that was only for passing the time.
The panel was taking the feedback of the process. The HR was also very friendly and nice, even while asking me to go back the statement told by the HR was: "So the feedback is on the negative side. The panel thinks that after having 4 years of experience you should have more deep knowledge of the tools and technologies, you mainly have the knowledge of various tools but only the shallow knowledge. If you want the detailed feedback I can call the panel." Even after the 2nd round the he told me the feedback very nicely.
This was really very nice, I mean which HR speaks so nicely while stating that you can leave. Also I could completely relate to the statement told by the HR.
