I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process consists of a coding and pair programming round followed up with 2 technical rounds.
The coding round is OOP based and candidate is judged on the basis on implemented design patterns & design principals. Its duration is around 3 hours.
The technical interviews are deeply technical and they try their best to puzzle you.
The problem is that they don't want to give you any time to think on the solution and expect the smallest details to be correct in the first attempt.
