I have got the first interview almost after 1 month since the first contact made by the HR. The interview was ok, it was a paired one and the HR took 2 weeks to give me feedback. The second interview happened 1 week after and the HR took 1 month to give me a final feedback. It's important to mention that the HR called me 2 weeks before of this final feedback to say that the job could be changed and they would need someone more Senior than me (??). I did not understand anything because the interview is much more a conversation than a Interview, so hardly they would be able to determine if I was less or more Senior. Finally, in my final feedback, they have cancelled the JOB as the person that would leave the company decided to stay. (??) Very confuse process. Totally disrespectful with the candidate. They did not answer none of my emails asking for a update about the interviews/process. This is certainly not a company I would want to work for. You can already predict based on the way they work. totally lost.
