Easy going people, excellent communication with all members of the local team, clear messages, very confortable with the whole process. Unfortunately the salary wasn't aligned with my expectations at the moment of the interview.

I declined to continue the interview barely 8 minutes into it when it became apparent that the job is more focussed on being an account manager, and trying to upsell clients on more services. This is not what most companies would consider the duties of a Principal Software Developer, so I saw no point in continuing to discuss the role.
