I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Bengaluru) in Feb 2010
Interview
The interview was a 360 degree feedback process, where I was interviewed by Company leaders - both local as well as from Headquarters - as well as potential peers, direct and indirect reports. I went through a minimum of 10 rounds of interview which include 3 written assessments to validate IQ, EQ and personality traits. Overall, the interviews were high in intensity as well as IQ assessment. It left with a feeling of wanting to work in the org

Question 1
The sales team is bringing in a new deal - there is ready revenue-on-the-table; however, the engineering team hates to work on the deal and refuse to start the project. There are no takers within the engineering team (at ThoughtWorks, a manager solicits team members to work for him/her on a new project and has to build up the excitement). As the head of engineering, will you refuse to take up the new deal?
There is a critical deliverable that requires a key resource to work overtime and on weekends to deliver. He however does not want to stretch beyond office hours to meet the client expectations, despite being compensated handsomely for the extra effort. How will you handle this situation?
