I don't remember. It was a few years ago. I think that they were just looking for an outgoing person that was enthusiastic about their great local organic ice cream. It was a good overall experience, in my opinion. It was quick and easy. The interviewers didn't grill me. They just wanted to make sure I was enthusiastic about he product and that I could sell their ice cream. It was a very simple interview.

Interview
Hiring ads were placed on Craigslist. I responded with a cover letter and my resume and received an email back from the regional manager within a few days. We coordinated a time to meet for an interview on a weekend afternoon. It was a very lax meeting, and he reviewed my resume in front of me. He told me he would get back to me after further review, and that night he extended the offer.
