Really wanted to love this company, but small things bothered me during the recruiting process.
For starters, there is no name attached to any correspondence coming from the individual operating in Human Resources. Just a generic “regards” after every email as if it's a bother you’re communicating with them.
Then, you are required to take an assessment test from TestGorilla who require access to your camera and microphone so that they are able to take snapshots of you every 30 seconds for “anti-cheating” measures and choosing not to do so lowers your opportunity. I found this to be very silly, as I am no longer in grade school. I also view this method as a way for candidates to unnecessarily jump through hoops.
Unfortunately, I am unable to tell you how many interviews you will be required to complete as I did not make it past the pre-employment assessment by TestGorilla (I chose not to give them access to my camera or microphone).
