Overall had a great recruitment process. Gianni the recruiter was a rockstar, very communicative every step of the way. Each person I interviewed with was engaging and respectful (although some interviews took up the full 45 minute slot and I wasn't able to ask questions to the interviewer).
The process entailed:
- Phone Screen
- Two 45 minute interviews covering analytical and product abilities
- A digital onsite covering a presentation, leadership, and product abilities.
We're so glad to hear that you had a great recruitment process. Thanks for sharing this overview on Glassdoor and for the time and energy you put into your interviews with us. We wish you the very best!

Question 1
Typical Product Sense and Execution questions. Very similar to Meta.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thumbtack in Sept 2021
Interview
I met with the recruiter to discuss the role, I have never had such a negative experience with a recruiter before. She was incredibly disengaged, checked out, and overall rude. This was a big red flag for me and I declined to continue in the process.
We're sorry to hear about this. We want each candidate to have a great experience throughout the interview process and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Interview
Recruiter screen, initial interviews w/product sense session, and analytics problem. Second session w/product presentation, another product sense session, and meeting with the hiring manager. Seemed to follow the Google interview format. It was pretty well explained and scheduled with good communication.
