Had a horrible experience during the interview. The first round is usually by the Cofounder who is a decent person. The next round was conducted by some manager who was least interested in asking questions. He was more concerned about why I left previous jobs. Please mention beforehand in the job description that you are not looking for someone who have a couple of switches in the previous jobs

They don't seem to have an HR, the ceo usually takes an interview in some coffee shop, followed by an interview by one of the senior managers in the company and finally the negotiation round. It's not hard to Crack, all you need to say you don't mind working late hours.

Was good. Not a long enough interview. Easy paced. Questions asked were point to point. Professionnal, smooth and seemed like a descent place.. however I declined the offer since I had got a better offer.
