I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (Melbourne) in Sept 2016
Interview
Online application: Created a profile and uploaded CV. Then had to complete behavioural quiz (took roughly 70 minutes). They were all scenario based questions and how to deal with each scenario (multiple choice). Pretty clear to see which answers they wanted but be sure to stay consistent because they re ask questions in different ways to try to catch people cheating the system. After this I received an email for a group interview. Group interview was held in a conference room. HR staff were really nice and very welcoming. I noticed however that it was a really big group - probably over 25 of us. We first introduced a partner to the group, then had to do role play buying/selling jewellery and then had to as a group present to everyone how we would deal with a particular scenario/difficult transaction. We filled out some forms re availability, store preferences and that was basically it. I received an email requesting a background check about 2 weeks later. (They have to pay a company to do background checks so if you get this far and don't have anything to hide you've basically got it.) Before the background check was completed I got a call from them asking me to begin job training the following week and as long as background check came back clear I would be offered a position. The HR team were really nice to deal with and it looks like it would be a big and great team to work for.
