Initially,about two weeks after submitting an online application and passing the phone interview, I was conducted by a HR Representative to come in for an interview. I interviewed with the HR Representative and the Rep asked me about my previous position. The interview was brief, then I met with the Assistant Manager on the floor that I would be assigned too. The Assistant Manager conducted an informal interview. II asked a few questions. By the Assistant Manager's response, I should have heard back by now, but I haven't been seen anything regarding my status. On two occasions, I followed by phone and email.

The initial interview is done virtually. You are given a question, then will need to record your video response within the allotted time. Next is the in person interview which is more of a get to know you meeting.
