The process itself was average. 1 screening call with the recruiter and then 3 subsequent interviews (one of which included the presentation of a case study I had 48 hours prior to complete). I had an extremely negative experience with my recruiter who missed multiple deadlines and that I always proactively reached out to. My initial screening call was early May and I was notified on 8/1/23 via email that they were moving forward with someone else. I expected a company with such prestige to have a more professional recruitment process. I am highly disappointed by my experience interviewing at Tiffany & Co.
