Interview
The interview was a large group interview that consisted of nearly 30 people. The group was split into tables. We were showed short films and given a short introduction to the staff in the room and the company itself as well as the role. Short group/partner based activities were then conducted for the remainder of the interview.

Question 1
First you are asked to partner up with the person next to you. Then you are asked to learn about your partner so you can later introduce them to the group. After that you are given role play cards to practice with your partner and then you are asked to take turns selling items to your partner. At the end we are asked in our table groups to come up with what's important in customer service and to present these points to the group.

Interview
The interview process was based on applications submitted through their company website. I was emailed about a week after and scheduled to complete my 1st interview the following week. About 2 weeks after the interview, I was scheduled to return for a 2nd interview. It has been well over a week since the 2nd interview and I have yet to have heard back. No followup thereafter. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Not something you’d expect from LVMH.

Fun interview meeting new people. Since it is a customer facing role, there were a lot of situational questions. They want to gauge how you will work with customers and upsell items.

Interview
First interview with HR and the final interview with store manager. However, they send general email said I was not successful, they choose someone else. But just found out they publish advertisements to hire people today. Feel confused
