I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tighe & Bond (Worcester, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview all around was pretty relaxed. It was a little bit awkward because 2 interviewers dialed in from another office, but this worked out alright. They asked very good questions that were relevant to my level of experience (a soon to be college grad). I felt like everyone was genuinely interested in hearing about my project work and past experience. Only downside was that it seemed to take awhile to hear back, however, I interviewed rather early in their recruiting process.

Question 1
What sorts of projects have you worked on in school?
Tighe and Bond reached out through a recruiter and we set up a virtual interview through microsoft teams. the interview attendees consisted of the business line leader, resource manager, and team leader
I had a positive interview process overall. I interviewed with three people. It was pretty casual. They were all nice and talked about the company and the position. Then they asked me questions, asked about stuff on my resume. I asked them some questions at the end.
