The process is well defined. The company uses another firm for recruiting process but also involves the recruiting managers in the final decision. The first stage is aptitude test and when you pass that you go to the second stage for oral interview with the recruiting managers. The final stage is the grand father interview where the interview involves top management such as Chief Officers. The results of the interview is usually given after two weeks time.
