Interview
The First Round Interview is a tech interview containing:
- Resume deep dive
- 1 SQL (medium)
- 1 DSA (easy)
Not like Google interview, TikTok interviewer expects you answer the question as quick as possible. You still need to communicate and clarify the problem, but you shouldn't waste too much time on it.

How did you handle the Data Quality in your past project?
interviewer ask 3 leetcode sql questions and one python question
sql questions are same as questions on leetcode, not very hard
python question is use python to do sql question
The interviewer was nice and polite, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout the conversation, which helped me feel at ease and able to express my thoughts clearly and confidently.

Question 1
The interview included one medium-level SQL question and one medium-level Python problem, specifically the Longest Substring Without Repeating Characters, testing both query skills and efficient algorithmic problem-solving techniques.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok
Interview
The first two rounds were good and chill, each included multiple bq and two coding questions (1 sql + 1 algorithm). The final round was all about bq and difficult to pass.
