Tech Manager Cleared all rounds with positive feedback from each interviewer and also on mail for each rounds Once interview was over kept me waiting for 2 weeks with continuous followup from my side i.e. Keeping you hanging Lastly rejection with very generic and automated feedback "there is scope of improvement in coding" that's on top of when you get feedback individually for each round that you did great job we are moving you next round and your last round was not for coding. So clearly there is no transparency and fishy in the interview process
