Absolutely horrible company with even worse hiring practices. Run the other way and do not waste your time. I went through three rounds of interviews (five interviews total). My recruiters were warm and responsive. For the most part, my interviewers were also responsive but not always warm. I was verbally offered the job and they refused to provide a written offer (red flag #1). My recruiter’s last day was the next day after my initial offer (red flag #2) so I had to work with her manager. I was completely lowballed in my offer (about ~$15K less than market salary). I negotiated my offer as normal, which I thought would go well because my original recruiter made sure to mention that there was “wiggle room.” They came back to me with my original offer and refused to make any changes. I have experience and an Ivy League degree, but I was offered a below market rate salary, no relocation package (even though they wanted me to move to the other side of the country), and no equity whatsoever to make up for the low salary. Nevertheless, I verbally accepted the offer. They came back to me a few days later and let me know that they were pausing and withdrawing their offer because they could not get it approved by their compensation committee (even though it was the original offer they gave me with absolutely no changes). A horrible company with an even worse HR team. Alarming hiring practices. I don’t recommend anyone waste their time applying here, because it is clear that they consider candidates disposable, which is an early sign of how they treat their actual employees.
