Very unprofessional! I've been to several interviews already, tik tok is the worst! I applied online then got contacted by the recruiter. Everything went well, so i got to the last round. The last round of interview was short and causal. Nothing too difficult. Then i was patiently waiting for the result, 1 week past, no updates, so I reached out to the recruiter, he said he will let me know soon. Then another week past, still no updates, so I emailed him again, then a rejection letter came right after my email. Very unprofessional. AT LEAST let the candidates know the negative result soon. IDK what are they waiting for. Ridiculous company. Total waste of time. STAY AWAY!
Very long and difficult interview process. Like many other tech companies the interview process was 5-6 rounds, each 45 minutes to an hour long. The questions were in depth and difficult
Great! Everyone was warm so it was easy to go through the process. The communication went smoothly and I was updated throughout. The questions in the interview were clear, though I practiced a lot for different potential question scenarios beforehand.
