Two days later the recruitment team rescheduled, the new interviewer did spent the call pacing through their house and communicating with someone else off screen while I was trying to answer their questions.
Uninterested in this creative strategy team moving forward.

Interview
I went through three separate interviews for this role, each lasting about an hour with different team members. While I left each interview feeling positive, I never received an update despite following up twice. If a company asks candidates to invest that much time in the hiring process, the least they can do is provide the courtesy of communication, even if it’s to say they won’t be proceeding. It’s unprofessional and disappointing to be left without any closure after such a significant commitment.
