I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TikTok (Singapore) in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied for the role online and process had following round 1. HR screening call 2. Discussion with Hiring Manager 3. Case Study Presentation 4. Leadership discussion Seems Tiktok have copied the entire process from other big giants. From the call 1 you would start to get big red flags regarding the company, there is no human touch in interviews, people just read the pre-defined questions. Since there is no common person in either of the rounds, you are left on your own. The HR who was coordinating with me changed multiple time during the process. I am glad they didn't qualify for me, as it wouldn't have been a yes from me.

I applied online. I interviewed at TikTok (Sydney)
Interview
Very tedious TA contact. Almost no feedback in any way to any application. Once you are interviewing the scheduling is good, as there is a different recruitment coordinator, but the contact with the local TA is non-existent.
Call -> Zoom -> Task
Friendly process, I was told I wasn't accepted because of lack of experience which was a bit odd, considering they knew that going in to the first call.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I interviewed once with the recruiting team and another time with a peer on the team. The questions were behavioral in nature and the conversation flow was great but they decided not to proceed with me for the role.
