The interview process typically begins with an initial screening call to discuss the candidate's background and interest in the position. This is followed by one or more technical interviews that may include coding tests, problem-solving exercises, and discussions on past projects and technical expertise. Successful candidates are then invited for a final round, which often involves interviews with senior management or team leads, focusing on cultural fit and team collaboration.
