TikTok Partner Operations Manager interview questions

It was based on my resume and experiences. The interview questions were targeted on how I managed my team, my day-to-day work, my expectations of the company, how I can contribute to the organization, and why I applied there. In the end, I was told that I did not get the job due to lack of experience despite completing 4 interviews. I should not have made it past the initial interview if they were looking for an experienced candidate.
