I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Salmon Arm, BC) in Oct 2014
Interview
There was an application form that I also handed in my resume with. After that you were contacted for an interview and went over the application along with the resume. You were asked about your references along with availability and pay expectations.
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
