Interview
I applied in person and I also made sure to follow up. I then got a call 3 weeks later. The interview is actually already set for the managers, they have questions printed out on a paper that all managers must ask. I was interviewed by both managers at the same time and it was easy and breezy.
I was asked to come in. They reviewed my resume and asked me questions about my experience. Easy interview. They hired on the spot. Just know your resume and experience and you will be fine.
The interview was very casual. We sat out in the open area with other customers and the manager was friendly. It was apparent really early I was going to get the job so the questions were all softballs.
