I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Saint John, NB) in Oct 2015
Interview
First, I did a series of aptitude tests via computer. Then a phone call for a formal interview. Went to the interview and answered basic questions, including why I was leaving my then current employer. It was because I was stuck on night close for months and was never asked if I wanted night close. I hated it, never seeing my children for more than an hour a day on working days. So I specifically asked for full-time days and received the shift I wanted.
