I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Cambridge, ON) in Feb 2017
Interview
long and annoying. Questions that didn't relate to the job itself and it only took 45 minutes to an hour! Even though I received an offer to work for the company, if I got this offer again I wouldn't accept.

Question 1
What is one example of a time you helped someone in need?
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
