The interview process was quick as they needed to find a person to fill the role. And it took about 3 interviews to get the offer. Also there as a chance to visit the office for a final interview with the head of department.
Call with someone from HongKong and a second from the local office. 30 min conversation with fairly simple questions about my background and standard interview questions. The interview was online via Zoom for both stages.

The interview was normal with general questions, I was not really pressurised or anything, and it should not be difficult for anyone who wants to join. The environment also looked fine.
