The process was faster than other companies. There are 3 stages of interviews starting with HR, followed by the person currently in the role, and lastly the direct supervisor. However, they don't give much feedback. You have to consistently follow up on your interview schedule and acknowledgement. Unfortunately, if they don't like you, you will never hear a reply whether you get in or not. No formal decline or anything. Some may call it ghosting.
