Tom J. Keith & Associates interview questions

The 'Interview Process' was an extremely informal phone call that had no structure. The interviewer started off the phone call by asking me to ask them questions. They couldn't answer what a day in the life of the job would look like other than "don't worry we would keep you very busy, enough for 80 hours a week". Then the interviewer made a comment about how they wouldn't hire anyone in the Reserves because that person wouldn't be able to commit 40+ hours a week every single week of the year. Additionally, they were hiring for a full time job with NO benefits offered. All in all, it was an extremely disappointing experience.
