Applied online and was emailed fairly quickly asking me to attend an interview the next day. Was asked a couple of basic questions by the manager and then taken to spend 15-20 minutes working on the floor, greeting customers and maintaining the presentation standards. Manager mentioned I would have to take out my piercings if I was given the job.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
